RePlant Woodcliff would like to send a big THANK YOU to it's many donors, volunteers, and community residents for fantastic support in 2018!  Once again RePlant will be hosting live music this Labor Day weekend on Sunday, September 2nd from 1pm-4pm.  Historically we have had the shindig in Sandy Bottom; this year we will be hosting the FREE event for the community at the Woodcliff Community Center back patio.  Live music, complimentary margaritas and nachos will be offered from 1-4.  Come by land or by "sea" and feel free to BYOB too.  Come see the new waterfall feature (Pictured above) that was recently added with your

tax deductible donations.  This double waterfall will bring beauty to a continuously improving Community Center for its owners (Woodcliff residents) and potential renters making it an even more lucrative event destination.

RePlant Woodcliff recently resurfaced the basketball court

they installed in 2009 in the common area.  An acrylic resin

was applied to the surface (similar to many outdoor tennis

courts) and is designed for better traction on the court.

Basketball and pickle ball court lines have also been added.

This will also be the area where the temporary splash water

features will be set up from time to time this summer.

The court has been roped off but please be aware that

absolutely NO ATVs or other vehicles will be allowed on the court.  Cost of the resurface was $6,000 so it is imperative that the community work to protect it.  Any damage of the surface will be assessed to the individual(s) causing the damage.

After Memorial Day, the code for the locks on the boat ramps will be changed each week.  Residents must contact a Board Member to get the current lock combination.  Board member contact info:

Watercraft leaving the lake will have a tether attached from the boat to the trailer.

Watercraft entering Woodcliff water with the tether still attached will be admitted immediately.

Watercraft/docks/lifts without a tether must provide certification that professional decontamination has been completed or be inspectyed to ensure they are dry and have been quarantined for seven (7) days.  Watercraft with ballast tanks MUST be professionally decontaminated.

Anyone leaving the gate open will be issued a citation with a $75 fine; the last person given the code will be issued the citation.
