First - THANK YOU to everyone who helped Woodcliff in its time of need. EVERYONE contributed to saving
Woodcliff from flood water. Yes, there is some cleanup and a few residents have a lot of cleanup but it is
remarkable what did not happen considering the speed, quantity, and force of the Platte River.
Due to that event, the Board asks that you boat at your own risk. Especially in the area sustaining damage,
sand was brought into the lake and it may be extremely shallow or contain objects swept in. Please notify
Security or the Office about any areas with these conditions.
The riverside road berm which kept most of the water at bay is being moved back a bit today to widen
the driving lanes but will be kept in place until probably May 1st as a precaution. Snow melt in the Rockies
is yet to enter the Platte River.

A Woodcliff Lakes Veterans Group has recently been formed to preserve, promote and strengthen comradeship of veterans, their spouses and children. Any veterans, spouses, children or anyone who supports veterans is encouraged to join. Monthly meetings will be held at the Woodcliff Restaurant generally at 5:00pm on a Thursday.
Their first project will be to create an Avenue of Flags coming down the hill of Co. Rd. W into Woodcliff.
A 4x6 flag with post and plaque can be purchased for $220 through RePlant Woodcliff; this will make your purchase tax-deductible.

vehicles traveling south which are now required to stop before turning left (toward Cedar & Poehling Lanes)
or before turning right (to go past Pop's Pizza towards the Woodcliff entrance). Be sure to watch for it.

RePlant Woodcliff recently resurfaced the basketball court
they installed in 2009 in the common area. An acrylic resin
was applied to the surface (similar to many outdoor tennis
courts) and is designed for better traction on the court.
Basketball and pickle ball court lines have also been added.
This will also be the area where the temporary splash water
features will be set up from time to time this summer.
The court has been roped off but please be aware that
absolutely NO ATVs or other vehicles will be allowed on the court. Cost of the resurface was $6,000 so it is imperative that the community work to protect it. Any damage of the surface will be assessed to the individual(s) causing the damage.
NEW ZEBRA MUSSEL PREVENTION RULE JUNE 26, 2017:
After Memorial Day, the code for the locks on the boat ramps will be changed each week. Residents must contact a Board Member to get the current lock combination. Board member contact info:

The Woodcliff Board approved a new policy for use of the electronic marquee at the Woodcliff entrance. It reads:
"Woodcliff residents wishing to post a special congratulatory-type message for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or similar celebrations may request this from the Woodcliff office and pay a $50 fee in advance. Congratulatory-type messages must follow these guidelines:
* Requests and payment must be received at least a week in advance of the posting date.
* Requests must be worded appropriately and may be changed at the discretion of the office and/or board or to accommodate the size of the marquee.
* Posting of the message will be for a maximum of two days.
* Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to a maximum of five (5) messages for any two-day period.
* Requests will be published at the discretion and availability of Woodcliff office staff."
