Woodcliff is a private community but this does not mean it is safe from

coronavirus or that the Governor's Health Directive does not apply here.

GROUPS MUST BE TEN OR FEWER PEOPLE.

SIX FEET BETWEEN PEOPLE SHOULD BE MAINTAINED.

This means in driveways, yards, playgrounds, river sandbars, on boats, etc.

At this time the Woodcliff Board chooses to monitor the situation in hopes that

residents will be proactive and use common sense to keep from putting

the whole community at risk!  Thank you!

RePlant Woodcliff recently resurfaced the basketball court

they installed in 2009 in the common area.  An acrylic resin

was applied to the surface (similar to many outdoor tennis

courts) and is designed for better traction on the court.

Basketball and pickle ball court lines have also been added.

This will also be the area where the temporary splash water

features will be set up from time to time this summer.

The court has been roped off but please be aware that

absolutely NO ATVs or other vehicles will be allowed on the court.  Cost of the resurface was $6,000 so it is imperative that the community work to protect it.  Any damage of the surface will be assessed to the individual(s) causing the damage.
