Woodcliff Lakes is a community located two miles south of Fremont, Nebraska, and one mile east of Highway 77 on County Road "W".  Approximately 440 homes reside on two lakes next to the Platte River in Saunders County.  The lakes cover 145 acres of water.
     Woodcliff residents enjoy boating, skiing, and overall water fun!  Other amenities on site are a Community Center, the Woodcliff Marina, the Backporch Lounge, Pop's Pizza, Woodcliff Corral Restaurant, Woodcliff Properties, Victory Marine Storage, the Woodcliff Lion's Club, and full-time Security.  SID #8 maintains the central sewer and drainage system.
     The Woodcliff Lakes Association is the homeowner's association which maintains the lakes, roads, wells, and security.  An office is located on site and the Office Administrator can be contacted at:

Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays and Fridays and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The office is closed on Wednesday.
